The IDF Spokesperson announced that Major Bar Falah, Deputy Commanding Officer of the Nahal Reconnaissance Battalion, is the IDF officer who was killed last night (Monday) during an exchange of fire with Palestinian terrorists adjacent to the Gilboa (Jalame) Crossing near the Judea and Samaria security barrier.

Major Bar Falah was age 30 and from the city of Netanya.

The IDF expresses its condolences to the family and will continue to support them.
