Hezbollah’s Plan to Invade Israel Exposed
Hezbollah’s “Operation Conquer the Galilee” was a long-standing, Iran-directed plan to infiltrate northern Israel, seize territory, and carry out mass killings and kidnappings, similar to, and far larger than, Hamas’ October 7 attack. Built in violation of UN Resolution 1701, the plan relied on rocket barrages, thousands of Radwan Force terrorists, and staged territorial takeovers.
A break down of what their plan included:
First, they planned to hit northern Israel with hundreds of rockets. Following this, 5,000 Hezbollah terrorists, trained and coordinated with senior operatives in Iran, would infiltrate the border and invade Israel, occupying territory in five stages and indiscriminately murdering as many people as possible.
Stage 1:
Take over the northernmost areas, including cities and communities such as Nahariya, Shlomi, Karmiel, Acre, Safed, Malkia, Ramot Naftali, and Yiftach. This stage involved using heavy firepower, taking civilians hostage, and training Hezbollah’s special forces to take control of isolated Israeli towns along the northern border.
Stage 2:
Take over main junctions and highways to gain unrestricted access to most of northern Israel and make it difficult for the IDF to reach them. This was to be executed after planning how to overwhelm the IDF and secure easy routes of access.
Stage 3:
Take over three of Israel's Arab villages, again killing indiscriminately. This action was intended to turn the Arab villages into vantage points from which to fire at any incoming IDF troops.
Hezbollah's terrorist force, is structured into five brigades, each with 1,000 fighters. Each brigade is assigned a specific combat zone in Israel to capture, allowing them to familiarize themselves with the zone's structure and topography and train specifically for its conquest.
Hezbollah, armed and directed by Iran, is currently being dismantled by the IDF in Lebanon. The threat is serious, which is why the IDF will continue operating against them to ensure this plan is stopped before it can be carried out.
