Chief Military Defense Counsel - Colonel Ofira Elkabets Rotshtein

Colonel Elkabets Rotshtein has served in the MAG Corps since 1999. During her service, she has held various positions, including as a military prosecutor in Northern Command, as defense counsel in Northern Command, Senior Prosecutor for Southern Command and Israeli Ground Forces, Head of the Transport Law Section, Deputy Commander of the Military Law School, Head Instructor and Head of the Academia Section, Chief Prosecutor for Southern Command and Israeli Ground Forces, and Chief Prosecutor in Judea and Samaria.

Colonel Elkabets Rotshtein holds an LLB degree as well as an LLM degree from the University of Haifa and is a graduate of the “Afek” Command and Staff Course.
