IDF: Chief of the General Staff in a conversation with troops of the Search and Rescue Brigade: “We are now going after the head of the snake. One of the fronts is the home front, and the home front is a front in every sense. The role of the Home Front command and your role specifically is critical to the success of the war. The Chief of the General Staff, LTG Eyal Zamir, spoke today (Sunday) with troops of the Search and Rescue Brigade of the Home Front Command, together with the Commander of the Home Front Command, MG Shay Klapper, and additional commanders in the command. During the conversation, the Chief of the General Staff expressed his appreciation for their activity since the beginning of Operation “Roaring Lion.”

From the remarks of the Chief of the General Staff, LTG Eyal Zamir: “We are now striking the most dangerous enemy we face, Iran. We went out to this campaign about eight months ago, and we are entering it once again after drawing lessons and learning. We are determined to act more deeply and more forcefully, and to strike them so that we can remove the threat from Iran for the long term. Iran is not only Iran. Iran has also built the axis. It built Hezbollah, and in many respects it built Hamas and the Islamic Jihad in Gaza. It is building networks and militias in various places, creating a regional system intended to harm us.

IDF: IDF Targets IRGC Air Force’s Headquarters

The IDF can now reveal that, guided by IDF Intelligence, the IRGC’s Air Force Headquarters were targeted during wide-scale IDF strikes on dozens of Iranian terror regime targets.

The site was the main command-and-control center used to direct the regime’s air force activity. The Iranian terror regime’s ballistic missile command, Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) array, and other air force units all operated in the headquarters.

The Air Force Headquarters was also responsible for producing a situational picture and for planning missile attacks on the State of Israel and the countries in the region. 

The strike on the Iranian terror regime's air force is part of the concentrated effort to dismantle the Iranian ballistic missile array while impairing its ability to synchronize and coordinate attacks on the State of Israel.

The IDF continues to strike Iranian regime targets in order to further dismantle the Iranian terror regime’s capabilities.

From the remarks of the Chief of the General Staff, LTG Eyal Zamir: “Overnight, we operated against Iranian Quds Force commanders in Lebanon - in Beirut - and targeted them. I tell you that there is no safe place for the Iranian axis of evil anywhere in the Middle East - not in Beirut and not anywhere else.

At the same time, we experienced significant fire toward the communities of northern Israel, and there was also an incident during the night. From here, I wish to send my condolences to the families of the fallen and wish a speedy recovery to our injured. Hezbollah is an extremist arm of the Iranian octopus - it is paying and will continue to pay a heavy price.”
 

“Israel has been in a prolonged state of emergency for the past two years. What we need right now, above all, is persistence and patience. This will take considerable time, you must be prepared for that, and however long it takes, it will take.

And I say to you: you know this very well: the side that will prevail is the one that demonstrates determination and persistence. We know our home front; it has tremendous resilience. I am confident in the strength of our home front to provide us with all the support needed to maintain our achievements.”

“I know that civilians at home are required to enter protected spaces frequently. We continuously review the directives in accordance with the situational picture. I say to the civilians - remain attentive and act according to the instructions.

All of us are part of this effort together: the pilots of the Israeli Air Force, the troops of the Armored Corps, the Infantry Corps, and the Combat Engineering Corps who are currently positioned along the border lines and now in Lebanon, all of us are together in this effort. It is a very significant effort.

I will go further than that  -  I spoke about the persistence and determination required from all of us - this is the war of our generation. It is a critical war, a decisive war. This war will determine our future and our security here for many years to come.”

IDF: The IDF eliminated five senior commanders in the IRGC Quds Force’s Lebanon Corps in a precise strike in Beirut

Overnight, the Israeli Navy, directed by precise IDF intelligence, conducted a precise strike in Beirut, Lebanon, targeting five commanders from the IRGC’s Lebanon Corps and Palestine Corps while they were meeting at a hotel in Beirut.

The Quds Force’s Lebanon Corps serves as a central liaison between the Hezbollah terrorist organization and the Iranian terrorist regime. Its senior officials synchronize activities across the various terrorist organizations operating in Lebanon. The commanders eliminated in the strike were advancing terrorist activity across Lebanon while hiding in a civilian hotel.

It can now be revealed that three key Quds Force commanders were eliminated in the strike:

* Majid Hassini – Responsible for transferring funds to the regime’s proxies in Lebanon to finance the activities of the Hezbollah terrorist organization, the Lebanon Corps, the Palestine Corps, the Hamas terrorist organization, and additional terrorist organizations operating from Lebanon. He was also responsible for funding and producing weapons to advance Hezbollah’s military activity.
* Ali Reza Bi-Azar – Served as the Head of the Intelligence Branch of the Quds Force’s Lebanon Corps. Bi-Azar was considered a significant source of expertise in the field of intelligence research and, in his role, gathered intelligence for the Hezbollah terrorist organization.
* Ahmad Rasouli – Served as the Intelligence Officer of the Quds Force’s Palestine Corps. As part of his role, he was responsible for collecting intelligence for Palestinian terrorist organizations in Lebanon and the Gaza Strip.

In addition, Hossein Ahmadlou, an intelligence operative who worked to gather intelligence on the State of Israel for terrorist purposes, and Abu Mohammad Ali, Hezbollah’s representative in the Palestine Corps who was responsible for maintaining the organization’s ongoing coordination with the Palestine Corps, were also eliminated.

These commanders were eliminated following the elimination of the commander of the Lebanon Corps last week, Daoud Ali Zadeh. Their elimination constitutes a significant and necessary blow to the Iranian presence in Lebanon and to the Hezbollah terrorist organization.

The IDF will not allow the Iranian terror regime elements to establish themselves in Lebanon and will continue to precisely eliminate the commanders of the Iranian terror regime wherever they operate.

IDF: Over 100 aerial strikes conducted throughout Lebanon over the past day: The IDF struck a ‘Radwan Force’ compound in the Dahieh in Beirut

The IDF is continuing to strike Hezbollah terror infrastructure. As part of these efforts, weapons storage facilities and dozens of military sites were struck. 
In Dahieh, Beirut, the IDF struck a command center and a Radwan Force training compound. The terrorists in the facility were preparing to carry out terror attacks on IDF troops and the State of Israel.

The IDF also eliminated Mustafa Ahmad al-Zein, a Hezbollah terrorist operative who maintained close ties with elements of the Iranian Quds Force, in a strike in the Beqaa area. In the past few years, al-Zein had resided in Iran, from where he managed his ongoing activities that supported the advancement of terrorist activities against the State of Israel. 

Prior to the strike, steps were taken to mitigate harm to civilians, including the issuing of advance warnings, the use of precise munitions, and aerial surveillance.

The IDF is operating with determination against the Hezbollah terrorist organization as a result of the terrorist organization's decision to deliberately attack Israel on behalf of the Iranian regime, and will not tolerate any harm to the residents of the State of Israel.

IDF: The IDF Eliminated the Head of the Military Office of the Iranian Supreme Leader

Yesterday (Saturday), the Israeli Air Force, acting on precise intelligence from the IDF Intelligence Directorate, eliminated Abu al-Qassem Baba’iyan in Tehran. Baba’iyan was the Head of the Military Office of the Supreme Leader and the Chief of Staff of the emergency command of Headquarters (Khatam al-Anbiya).

Baba’iyan was responsible for coordinating between the Iranian terror regime’s various force employment organizations to execute operations against the State of Israel and emergency operations. 

Babaiyan has been appointed as the new designated chief of staff for the office. This follows the opening strike of Operation “Roaring Lion,” in which Mohammad Shirazi, the military chief of staff of Supreme Leader Khamenei, was eliminated.

Additionally, Baba’iyan was appointed Chief of Staff of the emergency Headquarters after his predecessor, Ali Shadmani, was eliminated during Operation Rising Lion . As part of his role, he maintained close ties with senior Iranian military and political leadership.

His elimination joins a series of eliminations of senior figures in the Iranian terror regime conducted by the IDF since the beginning of Operation Roaring Lion and constitutes the degradation in the Iranian leadership to advance military activities.

IDF: The IDF completed an additional wave of strikes in Tehran: the IRGC Space Headquarters and 50 ammunition bunkers were struck

The IDF is continuing to deepen damage to the Iranian terror regime's arrays and systems. The Israeli Air Force, directed by the IDF Intelligence Directorate, struck dozens of terror regime infrastructure sites across Iran.

As part of the strikes, the IDF targeted and dismantled the Iranian terror regime’s IRGC Space Force headquarters. The headquarters served as a reception, transmission, and research center for the Iranian Space Agency, which is affiliated with the regime’s military. The site included research facilities as well as a command-and-control structure for the “Khayyam” satellite, which was launched in August 2022 and was used by the IRGC to advance terrorist activities and monitor the State of Israel and its residents.

In addition, the IDF struck dozens of additional Iranian terror regime infrastructure: 
. Approximately 50 bunkers that stored Iranian terror regime ammunition in an Internal Security base
. A Basij base
. Internal security command center
. A compound belonging to the IRGC's Ground Forces 

The Internal Security Forces and the Basij are part of the Iranian terrorist regime’s Armed Forces and have advanced terrorist activities for years. The forces are responsible for dispersing demonstrations, carrying out arrests, seizing control of transportation routes, and securing facilities.

In addition, they serve as a central component of suppressing Iran’s civilian population, are responsible for the use of systematic and brutal violence against it, and have massacred protesters during the internal protests in recent months.

The IDF will continue to target all mechanisms of the Iranian terror regime throughout Iran.

IDF: Over 600 Targets Struck and Approximately 200 Terrorists Eliminated: Northern Command Summarizes a Week of Combat Against the Hezbollah Terrorist Organization

Following the Hezbollah terrorist organization’s decision to join the fighting on behalf of the Iranian terrorist regime last week, the Northern Command assumed full command of the entire Lebanon sector.

Over the past week, forces operating under the Northern Command struck over 600 terror targets across Lebanon from the air, sea, and ground, with some 820 munitions. During the strikes, more than 190 terrorists were eliminated, including the terrorist Abu Hamza Rami, the Commander of Islamic Jihad in Lebanon with the equivalent rank of Major General, two commanders at the equivalent rank of colonel, and three battalion commanders in the terrorist organization. In addition, 27 waves of strikes were conducted in the Beirut region, including five in the Dahieh area.

The Northern Command’s advance preparations enabled rapid transition to offensive activity and the implementation of a forward defensive posture. Within approximately one hour of the first barrage launched toward Israel, the troops struck Hezbollah targets, achieving full operational initiative.

The Northern Command provides extensive fire support to the forces operating in forward defensive postures in the security zone and has been eliminating threats in real time.

IDF: The IDF completed an additional wave of strikes in various areas across Lebanon, targeting rocket launchers that were fired toward the State of Israel. 

Yesterday (Saturday) during the afternoon a number of rocket launches were identified toward the area of Metula.  Shortly after, the IDF dismantled the launcher that launched the rocket. 

Additionally, IDF troops identified a Hezbollah terrorist in an area where the troops were operating in a forward defensive posture. An Israeli Air Force aircraft guided by the forces on the ground eliminated the terrorist.

In recent days, the IDF has assumed forward defensive positions in order to establish an additional defensive layer to remove the threats to the residents of northern Israel.The IDF is operating with determination against the Hezbollah terrorist organization as a result of the terrorist organization's decision to deliberately attack Israel on behalf of the Iranian terrorist regime. The IDF will not tolerate any harm to the residents of the State of Israel.

IDF: This morning (Sunday), a UAV was successfully intercepted by an Israeli Air Force helicopter on the northern border. 
During the course of the interception, several houses in Israeli territory were damaged by shells that were fired during the interception attempt.

No injuries were reported. The incident is under review.

IDF: More than 400 targets were struck in western and central Iran

Over the past day, the Israeli Air Force completed a broad wave of strikes in western and central Iran, during which numerous munitions were dropped on more than 400 military infrastructure targets belonging to the Iranian terror regime, including ballistic missile launchers and additional weapons production sites.

Since the beginning of Operation ‘Roaring Lion,’ the Israeli Air Force has carried out hundreds of strikes targeting launchers, air defense systems, weapons storage facilities, and additional infrastructure belonging to the Iranian terror regime.
These strikes are aimed at reducing, to the extent possible, the scope of fire directed toward the territory of the State of Israel.

IDF: Overnight (Sunday), IDF and Israel Border Police forces were dispatched to the area of Khirbet Abu Falah following a report of Palestinians being attacked by Israeli civilians near homes in the area. 

Upon arrival at the scene, security forces acted to disperse those involved using crowd dispersal measures.

Later, it was reported that two Palestinians were killed as a result of gunfire. Additionally, it was reported that another Palestinian died from suffocation.

The incident was immediately examined by the Commander of the Central Command, Maj. Gen. Avi Bluth, together with representatives from the Judea and Samaria District Police and the Border Police. Following the incident, a criminal investigation was opened by the relevant authorities.

The IDF strongly condemns violence of any kind. In recent days, several incidents that deviate from expected conduct occurred in which both Palestinians and Israeli civilians were harmed. The IDF views these incidents with the utmost severity.

Statement from the Commander of the Central Command, MG Avi Bluth:

“This is an unacceptable incident. There will be zero tolerance for civilians who take the law into their own hands. These actions are dangerous, they do not represent the Jewish people or the State of Israel, and they divert us from our mission of defending the population and thwarting terrorism, while also undermining security and stability in the area.

We are working together with all security agencies to quickly reach those responsible and bring them to justice.

Especially at a time when the IDF is striking our bitter enemies, Iran and Hezbollah, with a firm hand — we cannot allow reckless internal violence to undermine the rule of law and the security of the region.”

Yesterday (Saturday) during a broad wave of strikes, the Israeli Air Force struck Iranian terrror regime military compounds with regime 'F14" fighter jets at Isfahan airport.

Additionally, detection systems and air defense systems that posed a threat to Israeli Air Force aircraft were struck.

This strike is in addition to the strike which dismantled 16  'Quds Force' aircraft two days ago (Friday) at the Mehrabad airport in Tehran.
