IDF: Chief of the General Staff to Northern Local Authority Heads: “IDF Troops Defend and Operate on the Front Line of the Communities, Along All Borders — in the Golan Heights and in Lebanon. The Chief of the General Staff, LTG Eyal Zamir, conducted a situational assessment today (Friday) at the Northern Command together with members of the General Staff Forum. During the assessment, the Chief of the General Staff instructed the continued reinforcement and strengthening of the defense along the border.

Following the assessment, the Chief of the General Staff spoke with the heads of local authorities in the north. During the conversation, he presented the operational situational picture and emphasized the importance of the effort to deepen the line of control along the Lebanon border.

The Chief of the General Staff also stressed the IDF’s commitment to safeguarding the security of the residents and expressed his appreciation to the local authority heads and residents for the resilience, responsibility, and spirit they have demonstrated on the home front during this period.

From the remarks of the Chief of the General Staff, LTG Eyal Zamir:
“Hezbollah and the Iranian regime are one and the same — we will complete the collapse of the Iranian axis and continue striking the enemy.

We are striking the Iranian terrorist regime and will seize every opportunity to advance our achievements. Hezbollah chose to join the operation alongside Iran, and it is paying the price. We will seize every opportunity to strike Hezbollah, advance achievements, and remove the threat. We will not relinquish the disarming of Hezbollah.

IDF troops defend and operate on the front line of the communities, along all borders — in the Golan Heights and in Lebanon. In this way, we reinforce and strengthen the security of the northern communities along a forward line of defense.

Civil leadership is a critical component of national and security resilience and of the success of the operation. The patience and perseverance of the residents of the north are a significant part of the operation’s success.

This is a major opportunity. Significant work is being carried out here, and we are preparing for a prolonged operation. We will do everything to seize the opportunity and bring about a change in the security situation".

IDF: The IDF struck an IRGC command center used by the Hezbollah terrorist organization in Lebanon

Earlier today (Friday), the Israeli Air Force completed an additional wave of strikes against terror targets in the Dahiyeh District in Beirut.

Among the targets struck:

An IRGC Air Force command center
A command center used by the Hezbollah Navy unit
A command center used by Hezbollah’s financial unit
A command center used by Hezbollah's Operating Council
The command centers struck were used by the Hezbollah terrorist organization to plan and execute attacks on the State of Israel and its residents.

The IDF will continue to operate with determination against Hezbollah following the terrorist organization’s decision to deliberately attack Israel on behalf of the Iranian terrorist regime. The IDF will not tolerate any harm to be caused to the residents of the State of Israel.

The IDF will continue to operate to eliminate any threat posed to Israeli civilians.

Prior to the strike, steps were taken to mitigate harm to civilians, including the use of precise munition, aerial surveillance, and additional intelligence. Over 500 targets have been struck in Lebanon since the start of operation “Roaring Lion”.

IDF: The IDF striking in western Iran: including strikes on infrastructure and launchers

Iranian air defense system struck en route to deployment site

The Israeli Air Force continues to strike in western Iran.

Today (Friday), over 400 targets were struck in several areas in Iran, including ballistic missile launchers and Iranian UAVs storage facilities.

During the course of the strikes, an Israeli Air Force aircraft identified a truck loaded with an Iranian air defense system in the area of Shahroud that was attempting to transfer it to another area in Iran.

After identification, the Israeli Air Force struck the truck, destroying the system.

The Israeli Air Force continues to strike in order to minimize fire directed at the territory of the State of Israel.

IDF: In the heart of Tehran: The IDF dismantled Ali Khamenei’s underground military bunker beneath the Iranian terror regime's leadership compound

A short while ago, approximately 50 Israeli Air Force fighter jets guided by precise IDF intelligence struck Ali Khamenei’s underground bunker in Tehran.

The underground military bunker, which was located beneath the regime's leadership compound in the center of Tehran, was intended to be used by the Supreme Leader of the Iranian regime as a secure emergency command center. Khamenei was eliminated before he could use the bunker during operation “Roaring Lion” but the compound continued to be used by senior Iranian regime officials.

The underground compound was created by the regime as a base for advancing military activities and its extremist ideologies against the State of Israel and the Western world.

It spanned multiple streets in the heart of Tehran and contained numerous entrances and meeting rooms for senior members of the Iranian terrorist regime.

The bunker was struck following a lengthy process of intelligence collection and research conducted by the IDF’s Intelligence Directorate.

The bunker was one of the Iranian leadership’s most important military command centers. Targeting the bunker further degrades the regime’s command and control capabilities.
