We went through a tragic and difficult incident in Beit Shemesh. Our hearts are with the injured and the murdered. It must be said that even at this moment, the incident is still ongoing.

From the start of the operation, we have been operating with great force, and one of our primary objectives is reducing threats to the home front — patience and resilience are required now. We are operating in close cooperation with our ally. Coordination with the U.S. military is closer than ever. All of you are part of this and understand it well. IDF: The IDF Dismantled the Iranian Combat Headquarters Where Iranian Regime Operatives were Present

In a large-scale wave of strikes conducted over the past several hours, following the Israeli Air Force’s achievement of air superiority over Tehran, the IDF struck dozens of the regime’s military command centers, including headquarters belonging to the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), intelligence headquarters, IRGC Air Force command centers, and internal security headquarters.

The strikes were directed at command centers in which IDF intelligence had identified active operational presence of Iranian regime personnel responsible for managing combat operations and planning terror campaigns against the State of Israel and regional countries.

In recent hours, Israeli Air Force aircraft have been operating with air superiority in the skies over Tehran, striking and eliminating numerous targets.

IDF: Following the Elimination of the Supreme Leader of the Iranian Terror Regime: The IDF Announces That All Senior Leaders of Terrorist Organizations in Iran’s Axis of Terror Have Been Eliminated

Yesterday (Saturday), the Israeli Air Force, acting on precise IDF intelligence, struck and eliminated the Supreme Leader of the Iranian terror regime, Ali Khamenei, in the area of Tehran.

Ali Khamenei's elimination constitutes the culmination of a sustained effort to eliminate the senior leadership of the Iranian terror axis throughout the ‘War of Revival’, including:

* Hassan Nasrallah, the leader of the Hezbollah terrorist organization, together with the majority of Hezbollah’s senior leadership
* Yahya Sinwar, the leader of the Hamas terrorist organization
* Mohammed Deif , the Commander of Hamas’ Military Wing, as well as the majority of Hamas’ Military Wing’s leadership
* Muhammad al-Ghamari, Chief of General Staff of the Houthi terror regime
* A series of senior commanders in the Iranian defense leadership, including Gholam Ali Rashid, commander of Khatam-al Anbiya Central Headquarters, Mohammad Bagheri, the Chief of Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces, and Hossein Salami, the commander of the IRGC, and additional officials.

With this last strike, the IDF has eliminated the senior leadership of the Iranian terror axis in multiple regions. For decades, these senior officials have operated to destroy the State of Israel. As part of these activities, they advanced the brutal October 7th massacre, as well as dozens of other terror attacks against the State of Israel and its residents.

The senior officials of the Iranian terror axis were eliminated in precise strikes and based on precise IDF intelligence, including Operation 'Rising Lion' and Operation 'Northern Arrows'.

Their elimination significantly degrades the Iranian terror axis and has made the Middle East a safer place for the State of Israel and the entire world.

The IDF will continue to thwart any elements that pose a threat to the State of Israel and its citizens, and continue to strike infrastructure belonging to the Iranian terror regime in order to degrade the regime and thwart threats against the State of Israel.

IDF: The IDF Dismantled the Iranian Terror Regime's General Staff Headquarters for Internal Security

A short while ago, the Israel Air Force, guided by IDF intelligence, completed an additional wave of strikes targeting dozens of command centers and headquarters belonging to the Iranian terror regime.

As part of the strikes, the headquarters of the General Staff for Internal Security was struck. It served as a command-and-control hub responsible for linking the senior command echelon with the Iranian regime’s security forces on the ground and for directing the brutal repression of the Iranian people.

Additionally, the Tharallah Headquarters, which was used as a defense command center in Tehran against military threats, was dismantled.

The dismantlement of the Tharallah Headquarters will further degrade the efforts of the Iranian terror regime to regroup.

IDF: 40 Commanders Eliminated: the Iranian Terror Regime’s Defense Leadership Has Been Eliminated:

It can now be confirmed that the IDF Eliminated the Chief of Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces in Tehran

As part of the opening strike of Operation "Roaring Lion", the Israeli Air Force, guided by IDF intelligence, struck and eliminated seven members of the top Iranian security leadership who had gathered at several locations in Tehran.

Following the elimination of the seven senior leaders, the IDF now confirms that among those eliminated in the strikes was Abdolrahim Mousavi, who served as Chief of Staff of the armed forces.

Mousavi served as one of the highest senior military ranking officials and was the successor of Mohammad Bagheri, the Chief of Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces, who was eliminated in the opening strike of “Operation Rising Lion” in June 2025.

Prior to the launch of Operation ‘Rising Lion’, Mousavi served as the commander of Iran’s army and held a series of key security positions. As part of his role, he was responsible for managing Iran’s security apparatus and oversaw the firing of hundreds of ballistic missiles launched toward Israeli territory, which killed Israeli civilians during the operation.

The majority of the highest-ranking senior military officials of the Iranian security leadership have been eliminated by the IDF.

With the launch of the preemptive operation, the Israeli Air Force has eliminated 40 senior commanders - a historic strike that was made possible due to the guidance of IDF intelligence.

Likewise, the IDF has dismantled the majority of the aerial defense systems in western and central Iran and is paving the way towards establishing aerial superiority over the skies of Tehran.

The Israeli Air Force continues to operate extensively in both defense and offense, with the goal of removing threats posed to the State of Israel.

The preparations process for Operation “Roaring Lion” and for the opening salvo included dozens of briefings and operational discussions.

“In ‘Rising Lion,’ we demonstrated our impressive capabilities. I believe the Air Force showed an extremely impressive performance here.
