Chief Military Prosecution - Colonel Avi Halabi
Colonel Halabi was appointed Chief Millitary Prosecution in 2018.
Colonel Halabi began his military service in the MAG Corps in 1997. Colonel Halabi has held a number of positions in the MAG Corps, including: Military Defence Advocate, Legal Adviser to the Navy, the Air Force and the Home Front Command, District Defense Advocate (Central Command, the Air Force and the Home Front Command), Deputy Legal Advisor to the Region of Judea and Samaria, and Military Prosecutor for the Central Command and the Air Force.
Colonel Halabi holds a Bachelor of Laws and Master of Laws from Tel- Aviv University, and a Master of Political Sicence from the University of Haifa. Colonel Halabi is also a graduate of the "Afek" command and stuff course in the Israel National Defense Collage.
