IDF: In two large waves of airstrikes across Tehran: weapons production sites and ballistic missile launchers storage facilities were targeted

The IDF continues to deepen its strikes on the systems and capabilities of the Iranian terror regime.

Overnight, the Israeli Air Force, acting on IDF intelligence, completed two waves of strikes in Tehran and in central Iran, during which dozens of military infrastructure belonging to the Iranian terror regime were struck.

In the waves of strikes in Tehran, the IDF struck several factories and sites used by the Iranian regime to produce weapons intended to harm the State of Israel and other countries. In addition, sites where components for long-range ballistic missiles, posing a direct threat to the State of Israel, were struck.

In the additional wave of strikes, east of Tehran, sites where long-range ballistic missile launchers were stored were struck, while operatives from the ballistic missile array were operating inside. 

In recent days, the IDF identified operatives of the Iranian regime who had begun preparing to launch ballistic missiles toward Israeli territory from central Iran. Launches from this area are being carried out after the IDF had degraded most of the regime’s launch capabilities in western Iran as part of hundreds of waves of strikes conducted during Operation Roaring Lion. 

The IDF will continue to deepen the degradation of the Iranian regime's fire array all across Iran, with the aim of reducing as much as possible the scope of fire directed toward the territory of the State of Israel.

The completed strikes are part of a phase aimed at further deepening the damage to the core systems and foundations of the Iranian terror regime.

IDF: Senior Iranian Ministry of Intelligence commander eliminated in Tehran in a precise strike based on joint IDF, Mossad and ISA intelligence

Earlier this week (Wednesday), Mehdi Rastami Sh'mastan, a key commander in the Iranian Ministry of Intelligence, was eliminated in a precise strike conducted by the Israeli Air Force in Tehran. The strike was conducted based on joint IDF, ISA, and Mossad intelligence.

Sh'mastan was considered a key figure in promoting terrorist activities against Israeli and Jewish civilians around the world. In recent years, he was responsible for advancing and executing terror attacks against key Israeli targets.

The Ministry of Intelligence is the Iranian terror regime’s primary intelligence organization and serves as one of the regime’s central mechanisms of oppression and terror. The ministry possesses advanced intelligence capabilities and acts as the regime’s central arm for surveillance, espionage, and the execution of covert operations and terror activities.

Sh'mastan’s elimination adds to the list of dozens of Iranian regime commanders who have been eliminated, including commanders in the Ministry of Intelligence who were targeted throughout the operation.

The IDF, Mossad, and ISA will continue to operate with determination to target the commanders and leaders of the Iranian regime.

IDF: “Golani Troops Are Fighting Here, for the People of Israel, And Until We Are Victorious”: Golani Brigade Troops in Targeted Ground Operations in Southern Lebanon

Over the past week, troops from the Golani Brigade, operating under the command of the 36th Division, began targeted ground operations in southern Lebanon to expand the forward defense posture.

To date the troops have dismantled dozens of Hezbollah terrorist organization infrastructure sites belonging, located weapons, and eliminated several terrorists in close-quarters encounters, with aerial support.

The IDF will continue to operate with force against the Hezbollah terrorist organization, which chose to attack Israel in defense of the Iranian terror regime. The IDF will not allow harm to come to Israeli civilians.

IDF: The IDF eliminated the Head of the Intelligence Division of the Basij Force in Tehran

Earlier this week, the Israeli Air Force, acting on intelligence of the, struck the senior leadership of the Basij Force in the heart of Tehran. In the strike, the unit’s commander, Gholamreza Soleimani, as well as several other senior commanders were eliminated.

The IDF confirms that in this strike, Esmail Ahmadi, who served as the Head of the Intelligence Division of the Basij Force, was eliminated.

Ahmadi played a central role in advancing and executing terror attacks carried out by Basij Forces. He was also responsible for enforcing public order and the regime’s values on behalf of the IRGC.

Ahmadi played a key role in leading major suppression operations during the recent internal protests in Iran, using severe violence, mass arrests, and force against civilian protesters.

His elimination, together with the elimination of the Basij force commander and other senior officials, adds to that of dozens of senior commanders from the Iranian Armed Forces who have been eliminated during the operation, and constitutes an additional significant blow to the regime’s security command-and-control structures.

The IDF will continue to operate against Iranian terror regime commanders.

IDF: Over 2,000 Terror Targets Struck Since the Beginning of the Operation in Lebanon: Footage From IDF Defensive and Offensive Activities Against the Hezbollah Terrorist Organization

As part of the forward defensive effort, IDF troops continue targeted ground operations in southern Lebanon against the Hezbollah terrorist organization.

So far, over 2,000 terror targets have been targeted, including approximately 120 Hezbollah command posts, over 100 weapons storage facilities, and over than 130 missile launchers.
In addition, over 570 Hezbollah terrorists were eliminated. This includes approximately 220 Radwan Force operatives, around 150 surface-to-surface missile operatives, two commanders with the equivalent rank of Major General, four commanders with the equivalent rank of Brigadier General, eight commanders with the equivalent rank of Colonel, and 22 battalion-level commanders.

The IDF will continue to operate with force against Hezbollah after the terrorist organization chose to join the conflict in defense of the Iranian terror regime. The IDF will not allow Israeli civilians to be harmed.

IDF: The IDF eliminated the Spokesperson of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards Corp (IRGC)

Overnight (Friday), the Israeli Air Force, acting on IDF intelligence, struck and eliminated Ali Mohammad Naini, the Spokesperson and Head of the Public Relations Array of the IRGC.

Throughout the years, Naini served in several propaganda and public relations roles. For the past two years, he served as the IRGC's main propagandist as part of the Iranian terror regime. 

In his role, Naini disseminated the regime's terrorist propaganda to its proxies across the Middle East in order to influence and advance terror attacks against the State of Israel from the different fronts.

Naini’s elimination joins a series of eliminations of dozens of senior figures of the Iranian regime during the operation.

The IDF will continue to operate with determination against the commanders and senior officials of the Iranian terror regime.

IDF: In response to the attacks against the Druze population in As-Suwayda: The IDF struck infrastructure sites belonging to the Syrian regime

Overnight, in response to yesterday’s events (Thursday), in which Druze civilians were attacked, the IDF struck a command center and weapons in military compounds belonging to the Syrian regime in southern Syria. 

The IDF will not tolerate harm towards the Druze population in Syria and will continue to operate to defend them. 

The IDF continues to monitor developments in southern Syria and will operate in accordance with directives from the political echelon.
