Troops of the Southern Gaza Brigade, under the command of the Gaza Division, continue operational activity in the southern Gaza Strip.
This week, during the troops’ operation in the area, a terrorist cell fired an anti-tank missile at our troops. The forces returned fire at the cell and eliminated it. There were no casualties to our troops.
In addition, the troops are eliminating dozens of terrorists and working to dismantle terrorist infrastructure both above and below ground, while expanding the security zone.
IDF troops will continue to operate against the terrorist organizations in the Gaza Strip in order to protect the citizens of the State of Israel.
