Overnight (Saturday), the IDF eliminated Saeed Izadi, commander of the Palestine Corps in the Quds Force and the coordinator between the Iranian regime and the Hamas terrorist organization.
Graphics of additional documents that were revealed during the war indicating terrorist activities of Saeed Izadiin Khan Yunis, where Mohammed Sinwar was eliminated, IDF troops located documents clearly indicating that in recent months, the leadership of Hamas’s military wing maintained its ties with Saeed Izadi, their patron in Iran, who was eliminated overnight.

Documents now being revealed show correspondence between Mohammed Sinwar and Saeed Izadi, detailing the “Tufan 1” project, under which Izadi attempted to facilitate the transfer of weapons to Hamas valued at approximately $21 million, and planned to advance the “Tufan 2” project, to transfer weapons to Hamas valued at around $25 million.

Due to the intensive efforts of the Southern Command, the Intelligence Directorate and the ISA, these two projects to arm Hamas’s military wing in the Gaza Strip with advanced weapons worth tens of millions of dollars did not come to fruition. For years, Izadi transferred weapons to support Hamas’ terrorist activities against the State of Israel and continued attempting to do so in recent months.

These documents are some of many that have been located during the war that attest to Izadi’s activities in financing and arming the Hamas terrorist organization to support terrorism against the State of Israel.

Since the outbreak of the war, the IDF has been working to dismantle the military capabilities of the Hamas terrorist organization.

The IDF will continue to act against any attempt by the Iranian regime to arm and fund the terrorist organizations that threaten the State of Israel and its civilians. The elimination of Izadi constitutes a significant blow to the Iranian regime’s weapons supply and terror financing network.
