IDF Troops Dismantled a Complex Underground Tunnel Junction at the Intersection of Multiple Tunnels in the Khan Yunis Area

Troops of the Kfir Brigade under the command of the 36th Division, are operating in the southern Khan Yunis area in the Gaza Strip.
As part of the activity in the area, the soldiers, in cooperation with Yahalom unit troops, operated in a central and intricate underground tunnel junction located in the Khan Yunis area, which contained multiple terror tunnels used by terrorist organizations in the Gaza Strip.
In another activity, a terror tunnel route approximately 2.5 kilometers long and around 39 meters deep was located and dismantled. The dismantled route connected the Khan Yunis area to the Rafah area.
The Kfir Brigade continues to operate in the Gaza Strip in accordance with the objectives of the war, with the goal of protecting Israeli civilians, and the residents of the communities near the Gaza Strip in particular.
