Paratroopers Brigade Complete Operational Activity in Judea and Samaria

Paratroopers Brigade soldiers have concluded five months of counterterrorism operational activity in Judea and Samaria and are now transitioning into to a training phase in preparation for their next assignment.

During counterterrorism operations, more than 300 wanted suspects were apprehended and 25 terrorists we’re eliminated. Dozens of weapons were located in the area and confiscated.

In parallel, the brigade conducted battalion-level training exercises to maintain and enhance operational readiness. The training included combat drills in built-up and open terrain, airborne exercises simulating evacuation of wounded under fire, and rear-area support in extreme scenarios.

Based on combat experience accumulated by the brigade across four sectors over the past two years, a comprehensive training framework was developed, incorporating lessons learned from operations in Gaza, Lebanon, Syria, and Judea and Samaria.
