Response to "The Story of Trace-book"
Nonetheless the Boundaries were Broken and the Military Intelligence System Moves Forward
ABSTRACT: This paper seeks to cast a different light on the failure to implement the "Tracebook" system than Or Glik did in her article in DCJ, who connected this failure and the failure in the process known as "Breaking Boundaries," which began about a decade ago. I argue that notwithstanding the failure of implementation of "Tracebook"—which is still active today, even if not as originally intended by its advocates — it was an important element that removed the most significant barriers in breaking down boundaries. This created a reality that allows new processes that could never have been imagined in the age of "Breaking Boundaries."
