IDF Soldiers Respond With Live Fire Following An Attempted Shooting Attack From A Passing Vehicle Toward An IDF Post Adjacent To The Community Of Ofra

Following the attempted shooting attack from a passing vehicle toward an IDF post adjacent to the community of Ofra, IDF soldiers who were present at the scene responded with live fire toward the vehicle and later began a pursuit after the suspect.

During the pursuit, the suspect spotted the soldiers, got out of the vehicle and fired at them. The soldiers responded with live fire and neutralized the assailant.

The assailant is suspected of involvement in a number of attacks over the last few days.

IDF soldiers are searching the area for additional suspects.

No IDF injuries were reported.
