The IDF has filed a complaint with the UN forces in the area; IDF forces remain alert

Earlier this morning (Tuesday, September 25), several mortar shells landed in the Golan Heights, causing no damage or injuries. The shells were aimed at villages inside Syria, and are part of the internal ongoing conflict inside Syria.
The IDF has filed a complaint with the UN forces operating in the area, saying that fire from Syria leaking into Israel will not be accepted.
IDF forces remain alert and will continue their routine activity, protecting the borders and the residents of the State of Israel.
