Terrorists opened fire from inside the Gaza Strip at Kibutz Yad Mordechai. Damage was caused to property, including a civilian vehicle.
Following the incident, alert levels were raised in the nearby communities and were returned to normal following IDF patrols in the area.
The IDF will act with strength and determination against anyone who uses terror against the residents of Israel. The Hamas Terror organization is solely responsible for any terror activity emanating from within the Gaza Strip.
